Ok first i have to tell you its a 96 model OBDII. looking forward to 450HP (321HP now) Lets try to keep the budget around 5000GBP. Hi guys just wanted to ask if there is a way to return oil from turbo on a m42 engine without drilling the block or other parts .I i have to drill were is the safest spot to do it ???

curil-t???

Curil-t is the sealing non setting compound i suposse??? as for the longer bolts i will have to order them since i dont think im gonna find them here in Greece...any ideas??? Any way i think in m42 the bolts are long enough. can any one confirm this???

I talked to Mike from ferriday this guy is a pro... He told me that two plates are included in the decompression plate kit to solve the profile gasket problem and even send me a pic of them to print on paper cut them and make sure they fit.They are made at the exact shape and dimension as the ruber ...

I need to lower compression in order to turbo boost the engine.If i do this little haircut, the pistons are more likely to brake i can allways change pistons with forged ones and get the compression i need but i cant afford this right now....therefore i have chosen the decompression plate.I was thin...

I may order a dec. plate from this guy but i think you only use one head gasket plus a special high temp non setting sealant.Two head gaskets are more likely to blow when you have a turbo on your engine so it gose like engine block+headgasket+dec. plate +sealant+engine head.That way you have two all...

Check the AFM flap for smooth operation some times oil makes deposits making it dificult to open. Even when u have an LSD that doesnt mean it works properly.IF u jack the car and both wheels turn the same way its an LSD.If the inside discs are worn badly they slip and the LSD works allmost like a normal diff... I made one out of an old brake system. It can press 1000Kgr its ideal for jobs like urs. It needs a shit load of work to build better have them pressed on a workshop :(
