simpson are really good. they have special machines and tools to make it look like a factory has done the job. or there is longlife.. powerflow should be generally at the bottom of the list for exhausts. somewhere near bog standard bosal ones. yes the ones that dont fit properly. unless you know the...

yeah, sutton rebore are the nuts! we use them if we get stripped threads at work! i know they told me lol i used to use them all the time for my other place of work and to do little bits on my engine and for machining valve clearances on pistons. i was so pleased they could sort it without taking t...

just make sure you clean the inside of the bore thoroughly. we used some type of sander. and then sprayed the heated area with paint once we had cleaned the soot off

all depends on what your going to use your car for. if your making it fast road then all good. but if you take your granny to bingo every weekend then i wouldnt advise it. but if like me you do occasionally go up to the yorkshire countryside and take her for a spin then it may be wasnt the best idea...

ah thats alright :) i was skint once when i first got my 325, so i bought some petrol off a mate, about 20-25 quid drum for a 10er it was fuel that had been taken out of cars for scrap i filtered it through two filters and wacked a 10-ers woth in, and went and put another 10er in from the petrol pum...

the poly bushes come with copper grease in little tubes for you to get the sleeves in :)

how do you mean gear ratio?????? gear ratio for what? all depends on what your wanting to do really. i would of thought the 325 diff will survive on doing what you describe, but doing stuff like spotting it up all the time, double clutching, and quick shifting will tear it apart i would of thought.....

i dont my rear yesterday i dont think you will notice a huge difference just with replacing 4 ARB bushes (front + rear) but if your bushes are fuckd then i would only replace them with polys. yes you do get a little more noise, but they are self lubricated (like a johny) so if anything they help eli...

my poly bushes say in caps DO NOT USE GREASE ON OUTSIDE OF BUSH tho, so we couldnt do that
