7 series E32 master cyl a must have on this I'd suggest

std m/cyl will work but long pedal bigger piston area means the m/cyl needs to displace more fluid per stroke to be an effective upgrade

Check the breather system Simon, Fooked cyclon valve will behave as described. BMW DIS will show a code for excessive crankcase pressure as the tension on the PCV valve goes up but Snap On and most aftermarket scanners don't list it A gurgling dipstick tube is another give away Hope ya well :thumb:

Re: Bosh Tunning Services??? M42?

If the car smells fuelly then it could be a too lean mixture causing poor combustion and pushing un-burnt fuel through the system and out the tailpipe, Don't assume it's overly rich because of the smell . Hydrocarbon count tells ya more than CO readings IMHO, Exhaust Gas temp a good guide too. clean...

Gunni has and could provide a turn key service. PPF can supply a pre built, dyno setup engine ready to bolt in too. As can many others in mainland Europe. Re: Front arms on the E46

dont forget to get the alignment done if you swap out the OEM M-Technic arms with the lemforder/meyle arms. Both reduce the overall track width @ the front, you will have massive toe-out issues and ruin your tyres in a week ! Other than that, bolt up and enjoy, I have the lem HD setup[ on the 330CD ...

Re: Clarko's M20 Build - Has started...

you need to upload the stock/modded map into the Ostrich, this has an "emulead" on the output side with a DIP28 pin Eprom header on it, this goes into the Eprom( Chip ) socket on the ECU the car will run/start/drive like the eprom is in place whilst you manipulate the maps in realtime, once finished...

the Moates is not a piggyback, it emulates the Eprom but you can read/write to it in realtime Steve. Good piece of kit, I have 2 and an old dataman S4 which is my favoured tool E1 pistons, 0.5mm decking ( 205.5 crank CL to deck height ) should net a static CR of 10.5 ish ( very very rough calc ) I'd...

^ good advice ! Alpina chip is written for the 135m rods , no use if you're running 130mm and a decked block, Piston speeds not the same, timing will be incorrect. stock inj OK for 210 BHP in good cond, M30 flow much more and give better Torque but not a drop in replacement unless you want to be mas...

Been playing about with my pressures on the '46 330CD stock 18" MV2's with Bridgestone S03s staggered setup.
