n.b. Jacking from the diff is debated. Bottom line is it's not good for the rear beam bushes which are often in poor condition in the first place.
The square pads near each of the wheels are NOT jacking points. These are what the bots in the BMW factory used to ferry round the chassis and are not designed to support the structure of a fully laden E30.
