Hi all,

I'm after getting a 325i sport and were just wondering what the biggest wheels that can be fitted without having to do major arch work, would 18x8 or 17x8 fit ?

Cheers

IMO, I think they sit well on 17x8s. NOTHING bigger.
There was a thread a while back where someone put 20s on I think, did arch work etc, looked awful.

my 325 has 17 on, and i dont think the drive is as nice as 15" s on an e30 like my old is has

15" all the way if you like a nice drive, 17" are more cruiser feeling wheels it seems to me

I also think 18" it's a bit to much... You'll need low profile tyres 35 or 30 and unless you have a good suspension set-up you will feel every stone/hole from the road!

I had only 14",15" and 17"... And I've decide to stay with 17"...

18x9 fronts, 17x6 rears is the perfect for a facelift sport.

Don't listen to this lot. They are all haterz.

Its about the look. Thats what's important.

Lower the biatch by at least 80mm too. Banging E30 FTW :D

I must say, I'm still swaying towards 15" BBS and 55 profile tyres myself, but I'm going to change out the rock hard front suspension first.

Lee, I actually giggled at those wheels... Way too beig for the E30...

15" is as bit as you need to go to be one of the coolest of kids. In the form of some bbs

Or you could be one of the elite cools and got for the 14" bottletop  Which I am really liking at the moment. :D

17 s look nice in the right style but sometimes I think my 17" azev a's look a little too big and to be honest I went against what most said and now wish I fitted 16's :?

Thanks for all the info & opinions guys.

I'm thinking of a red 325i M Tech II & quite like the idea of some gunmetal roulette style wheels in 17x8 Compomotive TH or O.Z. WRC.
