i used g60 discs and rx7 calipers on front and e46 320d disks and calipers on rear all on ds3000 pads, works quite well on 15 inch wheels with spacers

the G60 disks are 280x22 and should be 4 stud.
The centre bore needs increasing by 1mm and you also require a 2mm spacer between the hub and the disk
The RX7 caliper isn't a straight bolt on job,it does require a caliper bracket made up, but it's pretty straighforward to make one.

The E46 disks mentioned will be 5 stud, so will need re drilled to match the E30 rear hub(4x100mm).

IIRC you can use a std BMW handbrake setup with those.

There are a few different options listed over on www.300mm.de

The G60 disks are 4 stud but as mentioned you need a lathe to take off a very small amount to increase the hole in the middle. I did not need a spacer between hub and disk but machined a bracket using a drawing off the internet, bascially you offset the caliper. Its very very easy for the front brakes, the rears however had me swearing a bit.

The rear disks on a e46 320D are vented which is why i chose them, they also keep the handbrake intact , re-drilling with a hand drill needs huge patience to make sure the holes are correct, i used a dial guage to keep checking for eccentricity. The calipers i used were also 320D but they are heavy and i would have preferred to use some alloy ones but was in a hurry. The calipers do not just bolt on you will need to fabricate a bracket and weld it onto the rear arm.
Using larger 730i MC

Hope this helps
