the needles on my petrol gauge and temprature gauge filck around sometimes .....any ideas anyone?... ta

i hear rumours of lose nuts on the backs of the dials may cause this...

Definitely check the nut on the back of the gauges - tighten this and it fixes the problem 9 out of 10 times. 20 min job
