Tensions are running high here, as was probably likely in a discussion that touches upon the relative merits of different e30s - I don't think anyone is saying 'techIIs are sh1t', more that their appeal is fundamentally different to techIs, despite their similarities in specification. Is it really right that techIs are worth significantly less than techIIs though? Especially taking into account their relative rarity. And it probably is true to say that there are more molested techIIs extant, simply because they are that much younger and for some reason, more resistant to rot (everything's relative!) than techIIs - I'm not convinced that this says anything about the aesthetics of either car though, certainly not in any quantifiable way.
And 4drs are the future - it may be just the Diddler and I saying it now, but you lot just wait, oh yes!!
