What does the rev counter do when it stops? Drop like a stone before it stops? Or drop as the engine dies?
Any warning lights come on? Any hesitation before it stops? A LOT more information required!

After it has died on you, switch off, and remove the fuel feed pipe to the fuel rail. Does fuel squirt everywhere as you pull it off, or just dribble out?
Maybe it sounds like same problem i have, have you checked fuel pump relay? Mine dies sometimes, and sometimes it wont start again, but it works enough so that i can go places but im afraid it will die on me before i get a new one.
I would check if fuel pump is running. try what brianmoooooore is saying.

Fuel pump is located under the right hand cover, but don't start random prodding and poking, until you've checked for fuel pressure as in my last post.
Fuel feed pipe is in the engine bay, from the back of the LH inner wing to the engine.
Which engine, BTW?

Hey,
Did you solve the problem? I'm having a similiar problem where the car will start and run for a few min. then just die and flood. The only way to get it started after that is to unflood it and then it just dies again after a few minutes running. However it seems to be fine when warm as I drove it for over 2 hours a couple of days ago, including parking it up for an hour or so between driving it...
Also, replaced the water temp sender and cleaned up the 7 pin plug under the inlet man., no difference..
