there both totally seazed in the rear beam + the middles are deazed on the bolt it it jus a case of brute force heat an alot of sweat lol!
there really staren to peee me offf now lol!!

hi mate i had too use a small blow torch on mine and literally burn them out as for the bolts mine were sized in due too not been moved for years anti size spray and a day of swearing hope this helps
PS don't forget too have a container of water about or small fire extinguisher

i air sawed along the aluminium inner bush bit off the big stud on each side. then used a torch to melt the rubber bit out of the subframe. then air sawed the metal bit out of the subframe.
fit polybushes!! so much easier to fit and not really harsh at all!

my local garage said 80 but need them done asap for me mot retest!
i tried again today an they are stuck fast so i have managed to get another subframe with no bushes in for 50 quid so gunna go for that!

using a long series hole saw is als oa good way of getting rid of a lot of the bush from the beam.
but fire is more fun....

cool cheers m8 when the beems properly off ill give it some oxy set lol but as the cars bee set on fire wne i got a plate welded in the inner rear arch im abit dubious about fire lmao
