is there any difference between the auto crank and manual crank? iv got the possibility of a 2.5 auto so just wondering what diff there is

No they are the same.
you just need to put the bearing in the end.

Check the input shaft spigot diameter on the gearbox you are going to use, before you buy the bearing.
