bleeding the cooling system on a 320i

i changed the fuel rail on my 320i as it was leaking and now belive there to be an airlock in the cooling.
where are the bleed nipples on a 320i for the coolant and is there any tips/ procedures to make the job easier???

Hi
Engine running
Heater controls set to hot
Header cap off
Keep squeezing all water pipes watching for air bubbles
Top up coolant as required
When satisfied no air put header cap back on
Release bleed valve on thermostat housing and check that no air and only coolant is coming out
This is how I did mine.
