smething leaking from engine

hello i just bought a bmw 325i convertble and parked it up and next mrning there is smething leaking frm the frnt under car it smeells like petrol and it is a pipe in the engine on the passenger side is it a common fault i need sme parts fro this car if you are selling any parts let me knw i dont have much money left now but who cares atleast i got a 325i what i wanted. does anyone know what this pipe is called thanks

A picture is gonna be your best bet here fella but at a long shot, i'm guessing your talking about a fuel feed/return line - both are less than a meter in length and can be purchased easily enough from any motor factors by the meter.

i cant get pic up beacuse my computer is crap sorry but it is a small pipe less then a meter long and which shop can i get it from thanks this club is wicked and people lookafer your e3os man coz they are a beuty and very fuking nice plz dnt scrap thm

Sounds very much like a rubber fuel pipe - quite common for the to crack after time.

If it is then they'll be 2 of them, one runs to the fuel rail which in turn feeds the fuel injectors the other runs from the fuel preasure regulator (round Black object on the end of the rail) back to the fuel tank.

Fuel line can be purchased at any motor factor shop - i used "Halfords" when i done the lines on my Tourer.

mine was leaking on my 320 i cut about half inch off the end of it put it back........job done i had about 3-4 inches slack on my one though
