My Sport has visited Birds UK about ten years ago and had a H26 top end conversion, exhaust, badges, mats and pedals etc

White Harge H23. 1985 323i based full Hartge H23 conversion completed by Australian equivalent of Birds (at the time) - have original letter of authenticity passed onto and addressed to original owner with car following conversion.

Came with head, exhaust, front spoiler, steering wheel, 16" Hartge rims, gear knob, badging, cam cover, front strut brace.

Engine and chassis numbers match original 1985 letter.

The car is being resprayed at the mo' but below are some pics of what it looked like when it went in. The Hartge conversion rights in the mid-1980's in Australia was granted to Bavarian Motorsport - who also had the Alpina franchise (see http://www.alpinaaustralia.com.au/).

Glad to see the list is growing, I am in the early stage of building the register in my spare time but need any constructive information with reference to each individual car.

95-540iLE, car looking interesting and original before going into bodyshop, look forward to seeing the end result !!!

Any more Hartge owners hiding out there ?
