quickshift

speaking to a friend of mine about quickshift in a 325 he seems to think the linkage/gearstick from a Z3 does the trick has anyone tried this as i no of a written off z3 and whats parts exactly do i need off it?????????

thanks for reply dont think il bother removing the one from z3 not worth it when can get new one for 25 quid!!
