Can you get the car to kwick fit? They can remove any wheels/nuts...

you can buy left handed removers for the nuts... think halfords...borrowed a mates to do mine once...they cut into the lock nut and they have a left handed thread so as you turn them anti clockwise...they grip into the nut and undo it!!!
you could bodge it out with an air chisel but watch the alloy

Seems a bit extreme.MOODY wrote:, i shall have to take the suspension legs of and take them to kwik fit.
I've always managed to remove them somehow, including a set that had been way over torqued. I'm not familiar with these particular bolts that you have, but I've used various methods - hammering a socket over them, grinding down and tapering a short fat bolt to hammer into the BMW female splined ones, grinding flats on to fit a socket, welding a bolt on, welding lumps onto the side of the heads to grip a socket, and using little bits of steel rod to fill grooves in the head and again fit a socket.
at work if all else fails we build up weld with a mig welder on the bolt head until it is level with the outer face of the wheel.then saw off a wheel bolt at the base of the thread and weld it on.this always works but you can mark the wheel if youre not careful.worst case is you have to have the wheel repainted.chiseling etc usually damages the rim.
