Hi Brainzy. The hydro roof seems to be a bit of a specialist subject, i.e I don't know whether many people own them, hence the lack of response to your question.

Brainzy, I don't know how similar the electric hydraulic roof is to the electric one, but I'd suspect that the horse shoe is on an electric motor, the same as the electric roof. Try playing with the micro switches under the centre of the boot lid. I had my roof disconnected for a long time, and when I re installed it they needed a little tweaking.
