hehe now i have too contact my friend johono,he can translate for me a little bit better, but if you have some headlights old ones try too separate them first because it can be diffycult.
im warming the metal/glass up with a heating pistol and use a stanley knife too cut the kit betwen glass/metal and the one with plastic im just cut with a dremel

Hello Mate ;)
Mighty impressive are the lights, ive seen a few of the units and theyԚ´re well made.
colourwise, i think there is the blue, white, yellow(quite light yellow though) and red.
Separating the glass is easy.. i have a recipie here.
Start by asking a grownup to help u , you will need
Your lights, an oven and a butter knife
U need to separate the Upper section from the lower, simply 3 longish screws (hella unit) and separate.
Place item in A COLD OVEN!!! oven at turn on to 125 degrees Celcius,
Allow to warm for 30mins, it wont get Very hot, just a gentle roasting
After warming, switch off oven and with the unit Still in the oven, wrap as best as possible all exposed areas of the unit with a dry towl (any damp or sudden cold will cause the glass to fracture.. not good)
when wrapped and still resting in the oven, take the round tipped knife, and "press-peel" the edge of the plastic around the lense edge.
You should be able to locate the seal easily,. use the knife to separate the glass from the plastic with a light "edging" motion. DO NOT TRY TO REMOVE IT ALL FROM ONE SIDE ONLY : IT WILL CRACK .
after a few rotations, the glass should separate sufficiantly to allow an edge to prise up and peel the glass off.
Once removed, leave in the oven to cool. if u remove it the temp difference may crack it.
feel like im at work

I don't mean to piss on your fire mate, but anything other than white isn't UK road legal.
With you being in Denmark it's probably okay, but the guys in the UK will get pulled by PC Prick and/or fail an MOT test.

here in denmark it is also not legal but as johono says i can turn it on and off when i like, and the katodes you can get in white, green, blue and red
hey,
those look really nice.
for anyone interested of making them theirselves. this is how to to do it.
in the manual we are not using the dde rings, but the process should be the same.
good luck.
