Plus I don't have the originals to do the full red tint myself and tbh I'd probly just cock it up anyway lol

I'm not a fan of tintz and council type mods but I will admit, that looks very very good. Nice effort mate.

ignore the people who think they are driving a 1 of 200 made bentley not a mass produced 20 year old bmw, who like to insult people who like to modify a car they own.
Go to a crafts shop you can get pretty much every colour of glass tint paint for about £2.50, make sure you get the transparent one, brush it on with light coats and it looks perfect. Oh and if you do your indicators you willw ant green bulbs, they will then shine orange.

My initial statement was meant in a continuous sense regarding my own personal preference to modification not as a direct comment on the car itself.
In actual fact, I think the rear light clusters suit perfectly hence: "that looks very very good".
Nice effort suggests appreciation that the clusters were not a 'cheque book mod' rather a DIY effort which is always to be appreciated hence: "nice effort".

= Cool emoticon = typically signifies a positive context/comment.
Defensive much?

I would shoot you down for the incorrect use of your/you're way before I'd criticise one's 'non OEM (+)' type modifications.
Council modding is personal preference.
Correct grammar is not.

It takes all sorts mate.
Most of it is banter. Alot of members have been here a long time, know each other personally and share the same thoughts on cars etc.
When it seams like we are all old farts, it's normally just to get a rise.
If you stick around and take it with a pinch of salt you will see what I mean....
It doesn't help most "modded" cars look sh1te!!!

No bother.
As mentioned, my own personal preference is OEM+ style modding (M-Tech/Alpina/Schnitzer etc).
