I cambered the rear as the tyres caught the inner edge of the arches AFTER they had been rolled. And as for the comment about not spending money... There was so much money spent on that car being spent... Why would i scrimp on the arches? The lot of it was smoothed and it had a full respray in a different colour. And placing washers in there was SAFE it wasn't unsafe at all as these were approved by an MOT tester friend, why are they unsafe then?ross_jsy wrote:I have to ask...why did you add camber to that godawful Fiesta?
It doesn't look like it needed it due to scrubbing (main reason you run camber). All you have done is increase the arch gap loosing stance points and making it look shite and at the cost of handling. Even if it was scrubbing, you could have rolled the arches. Or did you not go down that route as it actually costs something compared to wedging some washers in the hub? pee pee poor and dangerous IMO.
