Used them once. Took 3 weeks for a Electric Window switch listed as "in stock" to turn up. Didn't reply to emails. Only responded when I opened a Paypal dispute. Claimed they were "moving" that weekend. Fine to a degree. But either a) tell people that when ordering. b) close for the weekend concerned and c) Don't wait 2 weeks to respond to multiple emails.

Wouldn't use them again.

Ive not had any problems, much more reasonable prices than the dealers even on new parts, longest ive had to wait was just over a week, but when I paid £3.50 odd for post and the parts came in three separate recorded delivery packages adding up to around £8 im not complaining

I got the scoop on these chaps from a dealership. They buy all unwanted parts from Dealers at 10% of cost price. Sounds like a cracking business model until you understand that they cannot pick and choose, they have to take everything.

I met the guy who set this business up a while back, seems like a nice chap. I think he's from round these parts.

Toby is a member on here (215M3). From Livingston/Bathgate area. Good lad.

I think James Westwood is or was involved too. Another Jock who had a smart Lachs E28 M5. Looked good sitting next to my M635 at Dastek a few years ago.

Well TBH, I didn't see that at the time of ordering. And I went from their home page to the search to the item to the paying part without seeing it.

After a week I did see the message on the front page. Whether I missed it the first time or whether it was not there at all. I can't say. Ultimately it was a disappointing transaction as I could have ordered it from BMW themselves and got it faster for probably the same price (trade discount) but I wanted it urgently.

i think i ordered some bits at the same time as you becuase i had the same problem - i didnt see any warnings either. I dont bother with them now because alot of the stuff i buy is the same price from the dealers when you include the postage and its quicker.

I've used them several times and have had nothing but great service. They did move from Bathgate in Scotland to England somewhere, so maybe during the upheeval things were missed.

All i can say is theat toby is a honset guy who would not do anyone a bad turn.

I would recommend them to anyone
