I had to use a long lever with some brute force, applied between the top of the beam and the underside of the body at each end, Eventually it popped out, if you're not careful you will damege the underside though.
If it ain't broke..
Fix it till it is

It was a pig to get off mine, big bar and pry it down! I spent ages with heat guns, freeze spray, wd40, I just had to man up and beast it off.
Poke a tight fitting drift(i use an old 3/8 drive ratchet handle) up into the bush and GENTLY tap it side to side and forward backwards.Take care not to belt it too hard and it will drop out.
Be warned that the top part of the bush centre can and often does break off in the chassis which can be a bastard to get out!

The way i do it is take the main 22mm nuts off knock the bolts into the car then rock the beam with my foot on the trailing arm and it normally drops down easy enough some times it leaves the alloy bits of the bush in the body but i just tap them with a big hammer and they normally fall out
