So monday night my backbox decides to fall off. No probs i was looking going standard anyway. Cotswold BMW, 318is backbox + clamp = £193 Last one in the UK! Sorted.
Tonight i get back from work to find UKMail Attempted Delivery! Yay! "Behind Side Gate" Huh no probs he tossed it over, they've done it before.
Yay back box!
I open it...

They are indeed monkeys i worked for them years ago and saw first hand how they 'care' for the packages.
They also delivered a bonnet to me last year which was as new until they dropped into on its corner and wrote it off

Right on the TIP! I wouldn't have cared if the guy stamped on it or shot it at least i could fix it and hide it but right on the TIP!

agreed it couldnt have been dropped on a worse bit thats always the way
It is a real shame that its ruined a nice new oem backbox, cant you claim for the damage?

Not sure yet i'll get in contact tomorrow but i'm not having that. £200 for a new bent backbox isn't my idea of OEM.
I do remember them saying it can't be delivered anywhere but the card holders address or it's not insured. So maybe.
Did you get your bonnet sorted last year?

That was because of my order. Was delivered next door, later to find the package had gone missing.

you can buy a black slash cut tail pipe trim for the is from oem parts on here for £15.
like the one in the pic.

Hi yes i got my money back just had to take some photos, but im unsure because it was of ebay and the seller sorted it all out. I never managed to find another bonnet for the car either

Having worked in the courier industry for a long while now, I've seen first hand stuff being thrown around warehouses, I'm not surprised reading this tale of despair, the fact is alot of these places (not all) are staffed by guys on minimum wage,under pressure to get the loads sorted & loaded. As the saying goes "pay peanuts, get monkies".

£200 and they treat it like that i would get the coont back round there to pick it up and slap him with it how stupid are some people
