SIREN BATTERY SOURCE 7.2V 250MAH NICAD

Hello

I wonder if anyone has been clever enough to solve a battery issue!

I have looked throughout the forum at all the topics on the subject to replace the internal 7.2V NICAD battery (believe made up of three batteries joined) on the BMW Factory alarm (code 82119418407)and have looked at various battery suppliers etc.

I have sort advise from my local security specialists and of course BMW direct to no avail.

Has anyone be able to overcome this with a potential supplier. Most grateful to any replies and leads. ANDS

Hi Thanks for the quick reply. Unfortunately they don't do the correct voltage only 1.2v tagged with to high mAH ratings. They have the right look about them Type C!! Cheers

the cells are linked together to make the required 7.2v,a higher mah rating just means it lasts longer,MAH= milli amp hours

Hi so is it possible to get two of these 3/CP300H (3.6v) and series up to give 7.2V and effectively 280mAH remains the same. If thats correct then thats close and then only have to worry if they fit in the siren box with a little push. ANDS
