Hi Guys, I've just bought a flywheel off Gaybay that is supposed to be lightened and balanced. I severely question this as on the scales it weighs 8.3kg.
This is a M20 flywheel. can anyone tell me for sure what they are meant to weigh please.

Thanks

Can't you get the M20 flywheel down to somewhere around 5.9kg?
PM Hongkongfuey as he's done plenty of these.

Does blowing the clutch dust off qualify as lightening? :)

Doesn't look much like that at all, I've sent a msg to the guy and he's certain that its been lightened on the clutch side. I disagree! What a pain in the arse! how much does Hongkongfuey charge?

You will have to send him a PM to get a price and time frame, he might do a surcharge for the original too.
