It really all depends on the quality of the conversion.

If the wiring looks a dogs breakfast and there are any running issues then it'll struggle to make 2k

Wiring looks like it needs attention, but a nice spec'd M52 E30 in a clean shell is 3.5k odd

I've got to say mate I think it's lovely! I know it's not a tech2 but it's simple and cool.

I'd have it and put some MiM alpines (if I could find some)!!!

Cheers guys... Cables ar tidier now Jhonno, got some plastic cable tidy down to the plugs, properly sealed loose ends etc...

I was thinking of somehow hiding it all behind the black rubber stuff against fire wall, Is this possible? That would be well smart if it was completely cable free...

Cheers Falkster, glad u like it! Bump on them pix btw :D

Any other advisories to help get top dolla?

Thats just made me feel happier :D

Turk, why don't you use a m40 wiring cover along the bulkhead and m3 panel in the corner? Makes it look oem that way imo!

What duration is the cam? You got anymore pics of the interior? Is the rear panel and the drivers door the only issue with the body? What are the jacking points like?

Thankyou :) My ecu is in the battery location and has a "modified" e34 ecu cover over it. Battery in the boot is a good idea anyway. Other covers are like i said - m3 panel in the corner and m40 wiring cover.

No idea what the cam durations are, I just know they r out of an e36 B3.0 alpina... im told they r milder then m3 one tho... The sunroof panel has the classic bubbles, but nothing a new panel wouldnt sort...

And there is a very slight discrepancy in the paint on the drivers door and front wing, I presume they were replaced at some point and is ever so slightly a different shade of red to the res of the car... U cant even tell in the pics.

Jacking points rust free, one of them has been slightly squashed because someone has at some point has obviously used the wrong jack... but nothing a hammer and some hammerite wouldnt sort if it bothers the new owner...

The rear metal lip thing to the right of the tailpipes is very slightly bent but nothing major...

Tbh the car is fairly tidy paintwise... in my opinion its very good for a car of its age, but if anyone is genuinely interested I would say come and see it first hand...

Thats all that really come to mind at the mo... if u can think of anything more fire away

Personally I love em, If I get another e30 (which I will) I will be on the hunt for the same seats of the heated variety :D

"interesting" > nice? or "interesting" > what was I thinking?

Well, personally i dont think they look good in an E30 but agreed the E46 seat, especially the sport type is a good comfortable seat.

Much work to wire in?

You were looking at 316i's and 318i's yeah?

M40 cover - http://bmwfans.info/parts/catalog/E30/2 ... 0%C2%A0391

number 21 is the m3 cover for the relays in the corner. Some "modification" is needed

Any pictures? If I were buying the quality of the exhaust mod would be an indicator of how well the conversion was done.

Also what suspension's on it?

No pix of manifold at the moment, I can get some tho. Its doesnt look oem tho cuz of the welding points on the downpipes and middle section.

Suspension is just bog standard from Gsf, springs are lowering ones 40mm if i remember rightly...
