Are all M20 rockers covers identical?
ie. will a rocker cover from a 320, 325, 520 or 525, etc replace the one on my 323?

yep should be mate, not too sure on the e34's though but e30's no prob,

Make sure you get the correct one that your manifold bracket will still bolt on to. Older 323/325e's covers with the 731 head/intake are different than the later 325i covers with the 885 head/intake. It's not the end of the world if you don't do it, just better if the manifold is supported.
