HI
Removing AC from a plastic bumper E30; Considering electrical part of things there is a white plug from the heater box going into the main loom then fusebox. Does this need to come out, i assume the connecter is the same for a car with non-ac. Any ideas on the electric side of things?

You can plug the A/C heater box loom straight into the white conector on the main loom.
You will need to get the A/C loom (from the donor car) which goes from the fuse box around the engine bay and add it to your fuse box.
