an e30 m3 setup is all that is going to work with those widths and offsets, an e36 based or converter based solution is going to push the wheels too far out of the arches if you want to keep them looking anything like stock ones.

i hope you have deep pockets, last time i saw a complete m3 setup it was the best part of £1k, suddenly those expensive 4 stud BBS wheels don't look too badly priced after all
cheers,

The best way is to buy E30 M3 parts. Also E36 stuff can be used, lots of discussion about that on e30 forums.

One thing for sure, whichever way you go about this it isn't cheap, did you not consider it before buying 5 stud wheels.

From a £400 set of RS' to a £1200 suspension job, £400 refurb and £450 in tyres. Sounds like a great plan. Damn, it would be cheaper buying a car with the right PCD and offset.

the 4x100 and 5x120 PCD's don't clear each other. there's no place it can be done without two holes clashing
the offset will be wrong.
the centrebore will be wrong.

you'd end up with trashed hubs that you can't bolt ANY wheel to! :P

er...you've been told what to. :?

seems its e30 m3 stuff to get the right offset or e36 stuff to get the wrong offset.

Drill them so they're scrap or drill your hubs till you realize that doesn't work then when you've exhausted all the pikey ways if doing it that so many many helpfully people have suggested and realized they don't work then your left with scrap wheels and a repair bill!

To do it right will cost £1000 minimum, that's a fact! If you sod about and try bodge it I garauntee it won't cost anywhere near that much but you'll never be able to bolt the wheels on!

you might be able to get them welded and drilled to 4x100, but the centre bore hole is pretty large on a 5x120 fitment wheel and if the drilling had to go too close to that then it wouldnt be very safe imho.

plus it'll cost a fair bit to get done, and you'll need to get some spigots machined to fit too.
cheers,

harry
