Take off the kidney and side grilles.

You'll see a number of small screws holding the panel on behind these.
Then there is a few screws underneath between the brake ducts.

It's easy to get off, just keep undoing screws until it comes away from the car :D

there are bolts behind the brake ducts, higher up behind the kidneys, at the edges of the wings, the bumper mounts at the side need to be removed and I think thats all unless you have the plastic arch liners in too they need unbolting too
Bollocks to this 24v scrap!

if this is bent i presume it would be better to replace rather than try and beat out?

also top of this is coloured to the car so a new one would have to be resprayed...

If it has a Tec 2 kit, I suppose you could just straighten it and put on the kit again.

Otherwise, you'd really need a new one. straight second hand ones can be picked up pretty cheap.
I just got an air-con one from Magpie recently as mine got bent for about £50 to my door :)

No, it's not colour coded.

Mine is Sterling silver and Magpies was glacier blue but I knew trying to find an aircon panel in the right colour would be pretty hard.

I'm getting the whole car resprayed anyway so it didn't make much difference plus I wanted to get rid of all the underseal stuff on the front panel as I think it would look much better nice and smooth 8)

right, does anyone know how to remove the headlight washers. we've opened the flap at the end of the arm and it reveals a nut which i screwed off, but this doesnt seem to let the whole unit slide off as i expected. dont want to break by roughin it

the wiper arms are usually stuck on by years of corrosion.

saloon wings will fit a coupe.
