found this behind my old wing taking it off, any1 know where it could have come from, it looks like oil.

Original factory wax protection probably #1. Could also be any number of other oily substances which over the years may have gotten spun off the wheel such as brake fluid, damper oil.

Nothing to worry about unless you have no brakes or damping.

damper oil is favourite as brake fluid would strip paint off....
