Whenever we have a cold morning, which is pretty regular now, when I start the car up for the first time the OBC makes a beep, like the sound when you go over your pre set limit. When I look at the OBC it shows the temp.
So, what's the beep for?

Its to warn you that the temp is low and that ice or frost is possible.

I was worried because with only getting my e30 in the summer, it's not something I've heard before, and I've already suffered the cold mornings with a flat battery, thought something else was going wrong.
