i went to start my car after its been sitting for around 6months and it was misfiring really badly , it starts up fine but as soon as you touch the gas it revs up but misfires all the way up to 7,000 rpm , there spark there fuel and compression , can the timing be out? as i changed the colling fan as it was a pain to remove! , can this have messed you the timming?

check that the nuts on the coil are tight

Examine the inside of the distributor cap and the rotor arm.
Did you remove the air filter and AFM to give space to change the fan?

tryed all didnt make a diffence , turn out to be a bad lead , had a small hole so it wasent getting a powerful spark. now it runs sweet.
