I recently purchased this car

http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/686486.htm

but the headgasket has gone and i need the car gone quite soon as i owe my mrs a car because i had abit of a misfortune in her car :(

I dont have the time or money to sort the car out as i was going to convert the car into a 2.7

What is it worth as it is or would i get more breaking it?

Its got 2.5 loom and ecu
2.5 running gear (rear discs etc)
I have since owning the car put an is front splitter and eyebrows on and that is about it

i think the purchase price of £1500 was a bit on the high side originally. you bought it for the full asking price and didnt haggle?

a fully working car will be worth more and be easier to sell than an engine convertion with a fooked headgasket.
if you can do the work yourself it always going to be worth more to do it.

If you don't fix it you will lose regardless ofwhether you frag it or sell it whole.
The only way you will recover your money is to get it sorted.
Engine conversions, Auto to manual conversions, parts, servicing etc etc... For anything e30 call 07718 901737
