ok so i saw on here a bm with a grille without kidneys (cant find it now) and was wondering where to get it? and what make? :D

its not the single headlight thing :?

Not seen that before... think you would have to have a pretty special looking e30 to pull that look off properly.

Thing is the bonnet and front panel are shaped for the kidney grill so body mods would be needed to make it look right.

i agree Tony, there would be a lip that hung over and that wouldn't look right, you would need to have it all flush to look close to right.

To be honest mate I reckon its a custom job as the kidney grill is BMW`s `trademark`(for want of a better word :D
Shouldnt imagine it would be hard to do,just chop a spare grill up and mate them all together.

A mate and I were thinking about this before when we were looking at a front ended E30 that the two grilles were sorted of joined up form the front being pulled in, lol.

I reckon, the bonnet would want to be changed too since the rise in the center looks very odd when it's not leading from the kidney...
