could be prop bearing or shocks or any of your rear end bushes :?

when you say juddering is it from the back wheels bouncing or is there something mechanical juddering?

it feels like the wheels are bouncing in first then in second they just spin like fook and it feels smooth, the car also has new rear arm bushes and new rear shocks. allthough it has got hard engine mounts if that could be anythin to do with it.

Check top-mounts too... I get the same thing (it's known as "tramping") and everything except top-mounts on mine has been done I think!
...or is it?

Well the MOT test is to bounce the car, lean on the front wing then let go, get it bouncing nicely then it should stop on its own within 3 bounces.

rear axle bushes are these the big ones that are a tw@t to change theres two of them cause ive done them. would trailing arm bushes be a possiblity, re the suspension its hard to tell if it settles cause its lowerd on blistien shocks and springs.

Well if you can't get it bounceing then the shocks are probably fine :)

Distortion of the rear suspension by the torque of the engine, more a problem with leaf sprung rear axles than coil sprung. As power is applied instead of the car moving forward the springs twist until suddenly snapping back to their original position, the car lurches forward and the process repeats as the car kangaroos down the road.
