When retrimming sports seats are the bolster foams replaced?

My blosters are so worn they have crumbled! Wondering if a retrim is worth it.

Also, how much would a full retrim cost roughly? (front & rears)

Finally does anyone know if comforts come in leather? I have seen vinyl interiors but not leathers. maybe i was wrong in assuming they are vinyl!

Thanks for the info fellas

B Trim in Enfield will do a standard sport interior leather trim replacement to the fronts and rears for around £800. I have had quotes for double that in the past. Their work is supposed to be top notch too.

If the bolster is that bad then I'd consider getting another seat to send away for a retrim, or send a spare replacement bolster in with the seat thats are going to be re trimmed. Otherwise they will make a new bolster up from foam and it won't be the same and cost you more money in the long run.

There are still some good second hand interiors around for reasonable money. Considering some are nearly 20 years old that's not bad. Think of how long a good leather sofa lasts - nowhere near as long!

I wouldn't opt for a vegetarian 'vinyl' retrim either, leather FTW!
