I think this would be a good idea as I have a chrome bumper 323i. I would add that I also like the plastic bumper models aswell. :D

I'm all for a chrome section. I reckon "facelift" and a "pre-facelift" section of the zone would be

Some chrometastic E30's there. The red ones are just about spot on, but I still reckon a standard Convertible on 15" BBS needs a 30mm drop using some proper springs. One inch makes all the difference (so I'm told).

Just to add my share of chromium wrongness into the mix winkeye

Here is my 1985 metal bumper Hartge H28, it left the factory as a high spec 323i auto and got taken straight to Hartge where it got sodomized with a 2.8 M30 and all the other goodies. It only has 41k on the clock and as you can see all the chromium still remains intact

I have only just recently purchased it so unfortunately i don't have any new pics apart from the ones used in the sales advert.

I'm rather partial to a bit of chrome myself, so a chrome section would be fine by me. But I do think some ground rules need to be put in place.

No chrome arches.
No pictures of chrome arches.
No references to chrome arches.

It would be nice to have a chrome section as they're getting rarer by the day :?

I can't remember the last one I saw on the road - apart from mine :D
