Saw these on e-bay and i thought what a bargain set of 4 for 300 quid and its a proper old skool wheel too!

Just emailed the guy and he said shipping to uk is $245 which i think is about 150 quid and that is to the airport. Ive heard you need to pay import duty on things like this and vat.

Suddenly what i thought could have been a nice but cheap set of wheels has turned out not to be worth it.

:x not even a single supplier of these wheels in the uk.

Shame they look quite nice... but saying that a decent set of mint deep dish wheels in the UK you would be looking at starting prices of £800+ so still not too bad if you really really wanted them :D

Screw that postage price - you can get them over here. I know because a mate of mine has a set on his sil80 (PS13 fronted S13), and they actually look REALLY good (much better in real life than in the photo's).

I'd be tempted...

Lots of the US guys are running these..as they are dime a dozen here.
Regardless they are very nice! I do love the look.
I'd be in for a set but I'm not too thrilled about the price $545 USD and the 0 offset which "could" result in stretched tires.

For $600 USD I can get a nice set of 17's, 5 spoke with decent dish/lip...
with a Et 23-24 offset (and no stretched tires)
