This should be a sticky too imho, so many people spend loads on upgraded suspension when their car has bushes that are shot to buggery.
I had a CSL before this and it was pretty much accepted that after 2 years and 15k miles the rear trailing arm bushes and maybe the top mounts should be replaced, I bet most of the cars on here are still using most of the original bushes that are around 20 years old!!
A list of OEM part numbers would be great.
And a list of alternatives, including things like E46 M3 top mounts etc.

Propshaft Donut - centre propshaft bearing is also worth changing while your there
Bush on the diff back plate - ZM3 coupe one, fits and much stronger than normal E30 ones
