M40 Performance Modifications?

Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked already but what are the most cost effective ways I can get a bit more punch from my M40 motor?

Chip Chip Chip, easy to do cheap and makes so much difference. Give Ant a call he will give you all the info.

Chip, 4.10 ratio LSD from 318is, loose all interior except the drivers seat, cut out all sound deadening and carpets/insulation, mtec suspension and decent ARB's.

or for the extreme go MegaSquirt then you can always supercharge, turbo or transplant any engine of your choice
