I've just started a restoration YouTube channel. My first project happens to be an M40 rocker cover. If anyone is interested, feel free to check it out below.
If anyone has any comments or feedback about the video, please leave them below this post I would love to know what you think.

Haha. Good word.
I could do that for you if you have one for me to do. Do you mean video or just the rocker?

Hell !!!!!!
Your thoughts about this and especially the prep is outstanding mate !
I thought half way through "this guy is an engineer" and then you milled the top and the finished piece is sooooo good that if any one who has not seen this video should do so before they have a go themselves!!!!
The attention to detail on the inside is so impressive mate. Well done
Mart.

Don't forget that there is an oil mist separation chamber under that steel plate on the underside of the cover that you don't want to get swarf and gunge into.

Excellent. Video is a bit long, however extremely detailed - although you probably already know that.
Good work.

Thanks for the awesome feedback mates.
Martauto - Day made. All I can say. Thank you!
Brian - I didn't know it was a change for that... But, during the cleaning process that chamber was de-greased and jetwashed several times off camera. It then sat in front of a large Reznor heater to remove all of the moister.
TurtleDesignTech - The only thing I was worried about is the length. The cleaning process was 9:57 mins after I chopped it up for the first time. 10 more times and I got it to where it is now. I didn't want to cut too much out... but leaving it in can be boring. Hard balance to find. Really appreciate the feedback though cheers.

Editing video is hard. I am sure they will only get better and better with practice. Definitely a good start though.
I know a lot of extra effort goes into getting the camera set up each time, on top of doing the job in hand as well.
