I have removed my chrome window trim today, I want to paint it black but I don't know what paint is closest to the OEM finish.

Any thoughts?

Hi, I have just gone through this and to be honest, for under 50 quid you could have the whole lot powder coated.. There is a relatively common match which is the exact shaddowline colour.. This way they would be properly prepped and baked and they set hard so there will never be any paint removal, scratching etc.. May be worth asking your local powder coater.. Great, durable results!
