I'm not sure if I'm allowed to do this on here, but sure it will be removed and apologies if I'm breaking any forum rules.
As I've mentioned before, I'm an artist and am able to create car portraits. So anyone can feel free to contact me for a no obligation quote.
You can see my website, although there are no cars on there at present. If anyone has a reference photo of their BMW that I can use to draw and then show as an example of my work on my website, please feel free to drop me a line.
Thanks

Looking forward to seeing your work!
I mostly dabble with digital art, but from time to time I put paint to canvas. I'm not skilled enough with the brushes to go for photographic quality so I limit myself to a few colours and go for the "pop art" look.
Here's one I did of an E30 just using red black n white:
Don't have the talent or the time for doing commissions myself though, good luck to you mate - get some examples of your work up

Great work, Alyman! I've always enjoyed pop art and that would look great a plain white wall.
You can see some of my work by hitting the 'www' button at the bottom of my post. No cars, but mainly WW2 aircraft as that's my speciality. However, Maxfield has kindly given me a photo of his dad's car which I will draw and then post a copy of on here for you all to see.
Thanks for the interest.

That is absolutely fantastic. Is it the sort of thing that could be put into print, giving you control over which 3 colour you use?

Just had a look over your site greentouring, fantasic stuff there, very atmospheric. I'd love to see your take on an E30 taking a high speed corner in the driving rain, maybe at about twilight with the headlights on! I think it would give the same sense of speed that your aircraft paintings have.
Blatant, I'm not sure about the whole printing thing, I imagine it could be done though... It would defo be easy enough to use photoshop to change the photo of the painting so that you could see what it would look like in different colours.

E30 in graphite (about 4 hours into it)

Still a lot to do, and have many tweaks to carry out, such as the back alloy needing more detailing. I've used artistic license with my lighting effects to give it some extra aggression.
More soon...............

I don't know if this would be of interest to anyone, but I realise original art is sometimes not an option when we all have the everyday bills and E30 parts to buy.....
However, I was wondering if prints would be of interest to any one? I need a min order of 3 to cover costs, but could produce an agreed image of an E30, and then offer them to you for:
9.99 GBP unmounted
14.99 GBP mounted
Both prices are + P&P of course.
Obviously an individual's car would be only of interest to them, so that would be more expensive as only one copy could be sold.
I will offer a one time only special offer to Zone members for one week only:
I will draw your E30 in graphite, approx A4 size, for 50.00 GBP +P&P. It would come with a certificate of authenticity and also be mounted, so ready for framing. As I normally charge 95.00 GBP for this + P&P, this is a genuine bargain!

I love your work mate - and personally I think that you normal selling price is still a bargain - if I ever got my touring looking how I want it to then I would love to commission you to draw it up so I would have it forever, even if I ended up actually selling the car!
Good stuff, hope you get a good response!
