What viscosity would you recommend? Doesn't use a drop of oil currently.. 5-40? 10-40? 0-30?

I'd go for a 5w-40 as it will give good cold start protection and it shouldn't start burning oil. Plus there are a few 5w-40s on offer at the moment.
