Evo / DTM Type Hood Seals

Would there be any interest in a group buy here for these?

So far we only ship in the USA but If there is enough interest we will work something out.

We have it made in small runs of specially formulated EDPM in order to suit the conditions IE heat, UV, oil resistance etc. the reason being was that the OE product would harden and cause hood closing issues and also the rubber would degenerate rapidly and the off the shelf products were just as bad.

Entwicklung Dreißig Zen II E30 HOOD SEALS are constructed in the USA from 100% High performance EPDM rubber. The seals fit between the hood and the fender. This seal completely covers / seals the space between the hood and the fender for better aerodynamics. [/FONT]

Possibly the hood seals depending on price!!!

What sort of cost would we be looking at and how many people would be required to get a good price??

I assume everyone is here from the UK, what if one of you looks into postage cost from here to the UK. The shipping weight is about one Lbs each set (Hood and Trunk (bonnnet and boot))

I could send one shipment to one of you and you could distribute them?

Here is an example of a group buy on these combination boot and bonnet kits:

I will do 10+ Boot and Bonnet kits for $62 US per kit shipped in bulk to one address.

I wouldn't really want to deal with shipping each individually ( customs paperwork gives me brain damage...Or at the very least make the damage I already have worse)

Sorry for sounding thick guy's, but what is the price in £'s for the kit (and individual)

Re:

Posted: Mon Jun 16, 2008 6:05 pm
by DaveD
depends on the exchange rate but its ABOUT $62 / 1.97= £31.50 plus post and maybe customs and if you want 1/2 you would have to match with someone who wanted the other bit

Customs is easy to get by- they just put 'prototype samples' on the export form of no value.
