N54 into RHD E30

Hi all,
Looking for some advice and guidance,
Does anyone know of a RHD e30 with an N54 in it?
I've done some googling and found plenty of LHD conversions but I have concerns regarding steering rack clearance with the downpipes.
Looking at n54 over n55 due to the ecu side of things, I've yet to find an affordable harness option for an n55 and ecu unlocking.
