E30 Zone

Hi guys,

Got this turbo here but it has no I.D plate on it, it's got a few numbers on it in places, I've took pictures of every angle to try help. All I know is it was off some supped up Porsche 944 turbo.
If anyone could shed some light on what it could be also if it would be useable for a 325i turbo?

It's a hybrid of sorts. Turbine housing is a normal KKK one with the flange to fit straight to a 944/Audi Quattro manifold, which means its not the usual T3 or T4 flange on aftermarket M20 manifolds.

Chances are it will work perfectly well on a M20, as the engine it was intended for is also a 2.5ltr 12V, and while it's impossible to say exactly what it is from those pics, size wise it's not a huge compressor, and by looks of it its still got the small 944 turbine housing, so will spool fine.

But you'll need a custom manifold as the flange is the usual Porsche/KKK one.
