Just thort id start a thread for my project! Ive not done much so far but ive already done the m50 conversion and its runing sweet. Ive bough a gen1 Eaton m90 twinscrew charger from a jaguar xkr and ive just rebuilt it.
Plans are bigger injectors
Relocate the tb
Standalone managent or a chip? Dependant on boost levels etc
Custom bracket
Run it from th a/c puley
Intercooler etc
So watch this space! Eny advice is highly appreciated also..not many people blower them so i thort bugger it..everyone loves a whine, apart from when its from a complaining woman!

Do you have a compressor map for that supercharger so you can succesfully run the charger at the right speeds and choose how much power you are after?
From there injectors sizes and possibly tuning choices can be suggested.

To properly run a supercharger you need to know at what charger speed you need to run it for the engine. I.e the pulley ratio between the charger and the engine. To do this properly it´s best to know the airflow/pressure character of the supercharger and then math out the ideal speed so you can then figure out what pulley size you need on the engine or charger to get that speed.

hi mate looking good

i am in the process of twincharging my 325 turbo using a eaton m62 'charger..got it initially mounted up, and am using a m50 serpentine crank pulley instead of m20 a/c pulley to get everything running before getting custom pulleys made for more boost-how did you line up the s/c with the crank pulley? is a straight edge across both enough to get the belt running true? cheers, cant wait to see yours when it is done

Yeah ashton a straight edge is what i used..got it sat against the waterpump pulley and pas pulley then when by eye..made my brackets adjustable too so i fine tuned it from there. Also made a custom alternator bracket and tensioner system for the alternator to run from as thats where the AC pump used to be. The alternators gona be running from the Ac pulley from the crank too. Nearly done now tbh..just need to weld a fitting for a recirc valve onto my charge pipe then fit an adjustable regulator for the time been. Can you post vids on here from mobile? If youve got fb pm me your name and il tag you in the vid if not. Sounds iimmense haha
