e30 rear axel

I have started a 2jz gte conversion on a 89 e30 cabby all I really need to know is does the rear axel off an e34 m3 diff and everything basicky fit straight on to it or does it need fettling with and iff so what needs chainging as I have droped the engine in runs all I need is prop shaft and rear end sorting now aswell is there a prop that fits straight from the 1jz 5 speed box straight on to diff at rear?? Or need coustom??
